Villa Elvira is ideally located in San Pietro in Bevagna near Torre Borraco, 50 meter from the sea, immersed into a green area inside a great residence behind the coast road for a delightfully and peaceful retreat.
It consists of three apartments, one of this of the owners and the other two for Bed & Breakfast: the first is a basement with a room and a bathroom, as well as an habitable kitchen and a large hall; the second is a great apartment on the first floor with three rooms and a common bathroom. Both the apartments are provided with two large verandas where you can taste the abundant breakfast.
