Villa Rosa

Spinea is quite a small town near Venice (see the map); it's just
twenty minutes by bus from Venice, ten minutes from the railway
station of Mestre, twenty minutes from the exit of motorway at Dolo.
Prices include breakfast, large room with independent main door,
private bathroom with shower, fridge-bar, colour TV, heating, car
parking. It's possible to use free internet connection for your
enquiries or email.
The flat is in a very quite area and in the warm season you can
have your breakfast in an outdoor area.
In the rooms we can add a third bed with the payment of an extra charge
You can have your own cooking facilities with an extra of 5 Euro a day.
As a rule we expect you to arrive between 6 and 8 p.m. and breakfast
time is from 8 to 10 a.m. If you need to arrange for a different time, please let us know
